The AL QAF website is intended for the presentation and sale of our creations to adult customers. You agree to use this website in accordance with applicable laws and in compliance with these Terms. Any fraudulent or abusive use is strictly prohibited.

Our collection comprises a carefully selected, limited number of pieces. Availability is displayed on each product page and may change without prior notice. Should an item become unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly.

AL QAF operates exclusively on a cash on delivery (COD) basis. No online payment by card or any other electronic means is offered or accepted. By confirming your order, you agree to be present at delivery and to settle the total amount in cash to the delivery driver.

Delivery timeframes are provided as estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. AL QAF shall not be held liable for delays attributable to carriers or events beyond its control. Applicable delivery charges are displayed during order confirmation.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise your right of return. Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all labels attached, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at contact@alqaf.tn before sending anything back.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date contact and delivery information with each order. AL QAF shall not be held responsible for delivery failures resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

All content on the AL QAF website — text, photographs, logo, and design — is the exclusive property of AL QAF and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Any reproduction or use without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

AL QAF makes every effort to ensure the quality of its services. However, AL QAF shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the website, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

AL QAF reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The terms applicable are those in force at the time your order is confirmed.
